#UKGov consultation started on new suite of #Energy #NationalPolicyStatements (#NPS) #EN1 to #EN5. Given our project list, we have particular company interest in EN5 "Electricity Networks Infrastructure" and tie-in with EN1 "Overarching NPS for Energy".
Our Director (Chris Palmer) responded to consultation on the initial set of EN NPS many years ago, now therefore serves as a good time to reflect on how long the #PA2008 regime has been in place, what has worked well and where improvements can be made...
One thing is certain, it is an interesting time to work in #DCO and #consenting #NSIPs!
