Successful grant of planning consent achieved following appeal to the Planning Inspectorate. Services provided included initial planning advice, preparation and coordination of planning application, speaking appearances at two local authority planning committees and subsequent preparation and coordination of planning appeal.

This project raised landscape impact, highway safety and character issues. All matters were resolved to the satisfaction of the examining inspector, who agreed with our professional asseessment, granting consent and deciding in favour of the applicant.
